====== Download ======

To download a Finale plug-in, go to the //Finale Productivity Tips Site// (www.finaletips.nu) and select the **Downloads** link to the left.

  * Plug-ins for //Finale 25 and later for Windows// are found in the [[http://www.finaletips.nu/index.php/download/category/43-64-bit-windows-plug-ins|64-bit Windows Plug-ins (Finale 25+)]] subsection.
  * Plug-ins for //Finale 25 and later for Mac// are found in the [[http://www.finaletips.nu/index.php/download/category/44-64-bit-mac-plug-ins|64-bit Mac Plug-ins (Finale 25+)]] subsection.
  * Plug-ins for //older versions of Finale for Windows// are found in the [[http://finaletips.nu/index.php/download/category/9-plug-ins-for-windows|Plugins for Windows]] subsection.
  * Plug-ins for //older versions of Finale for Mac// are found in the [[http://finaletips.nu/index.php/download/category/10-plug-ins-for-mac|Plug-ins for Mac]] subsection.

Locate the file and download it by clicking directly on the link or on the **Download** button to the right. 

Please note that by default, the plug-ins are displayed across multiple pages. If you don't find a specific plug-in on the first page, move the next page(s).
====== Installation (Finale for Windows) ======


  -Find out where your Finale plug-ins folder is located by looking in the **Program Options** in Finale (at the **Folders** page).
  -Unzip the the plug-in .fxt file to that folder (or to a subfolder if you want it in a submenu to the Plug-ins menu)
  -Restart Finale.


====== Installation (Finale for Mac) ======


  - Find out where your Finale plug-ins folder is located by looking in the **Program Options** in Finale (at the **Folders** page).
  - Put the plug-in bundle in that folder (or in a subfolder if you want it in a submenu to the Plug-ins menu). **Please note that on Lion and above, Finale's plug-ins folder is hidden by default (since the Library folder is hidden). First, you need to make it visible in OS X.**
  - Restart Finale
