[JW Lua] PageText not playing ball

I spoke too soon!  Even though it does not "crash" Finale on Win7, it does
render Finale and the JWLua plug-in essentially useless until you stop and
restart Finale.  Nothing works correctly until you do.

I guess Dave is on Mac, that's why he get crashes that Windows doesn't get.
It doesn't matter in this case, it was clearly a bug in the 
Lua->C++ interface code on both platforms.
