[JW Lua] JW Lua Halloween video: How to scare the document

Hello all!

As a performance test of JW Lua, I made a Halloween script that might be 
fun to watch:

It's basically a loop that moves the items (and creates the shapes to 
the left) and redraws the document.

The performance is truly excellent IMO: on both Windows and Mac, more 
than 95% of the execution time goes to Finale's document redraw.
