[JW Lua] Some issues

Jari,

I have run up on a couple of issues.

1. JWLua does not show up in the JW Plug-in Manager. Is this by
design or an oversight?

2. I am probably the only one to have done this, but I managed to get
myself into an endless repeat-until loop with a modal alert box. There is
no way to break out of such a situation in a clean way. A Break button on
the Development page would not work, since the alert box demanded attention
first, maybe a CTRL-C would work.

I could not click anywhere within the context of JWLua but on the OK button
in the alert box and it immediately looped back around into the same alert
box again. The cleanest way out was to use the Task Manager to end the
Finale process. If I clicked on the Close button in the top right of the
Finale main window things really became FUBAR'd. To the best of my
recollection this is what happened. Finale failed to respond and crashed.
It auto restarted as it is supposed to, but came up with a PDK Tools error,
where it says it found two differing versions of the PDK Tools plug-in.
Clicking on the only option, OK, opened Finale in what appeared to be a
normal screen. Just for grins, I clicked the upper right close button again
before doing anything else in FInale. Nothing. The system became very
erratic and sluggish. The task manager shows two instances of Finale.
Neither could be stopped. I ended up using the task manager to logoff, I
have yet to reboot. I am now typing this message to you.
