[JW Lua] JW plugins only working on single measures

At least under OSX Mavericks (Fin 2014c), “JW Pattern Copy” ("SET SOURCE” / “CREATE") and “JW Rhythm Copy” ("SET SOURCE” / “COPY”) won’t recognise source selections wider than one measure. While I’m on it, isn’t Rhythm Copy better identified as “Rhythm Copy - DUPLICATE” instead of “Rhythm Copy - COPY”?
