[JW Lua] Beta v0.21 unit test scripts

Hello all!

The first version of the unit test scripts for JW Lua is now available. 
If you want to use it, please read the readme.txt file that is in the 
ZIP. It currently tests the following classes:

FCArticulationDef
FCMeasure
FCPage
FCPageFormatPrefs
