[JW Lua] Accidental and ledger line metrics

Jan,

I'll add the acci left-side metrics, as well as the remaining prefs data 
that relates to ledger lines (it will be added to FCSizePrefs) to the 
next beta. Ledger lines does not seem to be part of the metrics data.

The new beta will be available later today, since there was a pretty big 
bug related to FCMeasure in the previous build.
