[JW Lua] FCPercussionMapNotesLookup

Jan,

FCPercussionMapNotesLookup is intended for situations where multiple 
percussion maps might be used throughout the document. There is no 
specific functionality to load the PercNoteType.txt file, but 
FCString::SetPercussionTypesFilePath will get the file name with full 
path on both Windows and Mac.
