Hi Jari,

Thanks for your work. It's a fantastic update.

Regarding the FCPageFormatPrefs, I'm still not able to set the 'UseFirstPageTopMargin property'. When I 'read' it, it returns a boolean. But it needs a integer to set it. But which one? I would expect a 0 or 1, both of which don't change the setting. (And I wonder if it's intentional that getting returns a bool but setting requires an int?)

Any help there would be really appreciated.
