[JW Lua] Alt-C for Close

Jan,

The reason why I didn't provide a shortcut key for "Close" was because 
both Windows and OSX have standard keystokes for this (Alt+F4/Cmd+W).

Regarding execute scripts repeatedly, wouldn't putting the script in the 
Finale Plug-ins menu work?
