[JW Lua] Create Staff

Hello Jari

I can duplicate a staff with SaveAs(), creating TextBlocks with methods 
"SaveNewFullNameString" and "SaveNewAbbreviatedNameString", it works.
But when I create a new staff, the methods "SaveNew" and "SaveAs" return 
false.
