Jari,

does a function exist to calculate the maximum rectangle
for a page that includes all visible elements (including
page text, lyrics, measure numbering, staves, staff/group names,
notes, dynamics, articulation, smart shapes and graphics) ?

With that information it would be possible to calculate
the distance from the top, bottom, left, right margin
to the very first element and for example
improve scaling or measure and staff distribution etc.
