[JW Lua] JW Lua on two screens

Jari,

just a minor bug: I am developing with two screens.
When Finale runs on the left (main Windows) screen and
the JW Lua dialog is open on the right screen,
then I click on "Run Script" and at the end of performing
(nearly) each time the JW Lua dialog jumps to the left screen.

This does not happen when Finale runs on the second screen.
And this also does not happen the very first time I click
on "Run script".
