[JW Lua] FCCellFrameHold:CalcClefChange problem with hidden layers

Jari,

sorry, maybe I wasn't clear enough.
This was a v0.26 issue. As I wrote in my last email "More 
FCCellFrameHold and clef issues":

"What has changed in 0.27 or 0.28 is that CalcClefChange now returns
true even if it is hidden layers only, but it still returns true for the 
measures following the clef change."

So th particular issue from the mail has been fixed in v0.27 or v.028.
