[JW Lua] Wiki FAQ pages

Hello all!

I've added 2 FAQ pages to the Wiki now, where I'll list general anc 
common questions regarding JW Lua.

One FAQ page is for users:

The other FAQ page is for developers:
http://jwmusic.nu/jwplugins/wiki/doku.php?id=jwlua:developer_faq


Let me know if there are topics you feel should fit on these pages.
