[JW Lua] Distance settings missing from Alternate Notation dialog

Jari,

from the "Document Options - Alternate Notation" three distance values 
are missing in FCDistancePrefs:

Quarter Note (Small) Slash, Baseline Adjust
Quarter Note (Small) Slash, Stem Connection (=Vertical distance between 
notehead and stem)
Half Note Diamond, Stem Connection (=Vertical distance between notehead 
and stem)

The other distances from that dialog (baseline adjust and vertical 
offset for two bar repeat) work fine.
