Those scripts were only old proof-of-concept sample scripts. They are 
not available for consumer use. However, for learning purposes, there's 
one older sample script in this group's archive ("Dynamic positioning 
script" from October 09, 2013), that uses pretty much the same 
techniques with lookup tables.

Unfortunately, I can't share the JW Lua source code on Git or similar 
services, since the code contain technical info that I can't share.

However, the JW Lua Wiki is available for editing. Previously, I had the 
Wiki open for sign up, but that just resulted in spambots added lots of 
spam to the pages. I can set up some contribution pages on the Wiki 
(where you can add documentation snippets that I can then transfer to 
the code), and add you manually as a writer on the Wiki.

Contribution to the Class Browser samples might be a bit too difficult 
though, since the current samples are actually built in code.

Using this list is the best way to assure I get the mail. I receive way 
too many mails every day...
