[JW Lua] FCStaffStyleDef: Copyable property missing

Jari,

should you implement the FCStaffStyleDef, the "copyable"-property would 
also be important. It's currently missing, if it's not part of the 
undescribed mask flags.
It's necessary for example, if you copy all entries from one region to 
another: very often you need to also copy the staff styles that are 
marked as "non-copyable".  To identify those I need the copyable property.

(Although one may discuss if the staff style definition in these cases 
should better have been set to "copyable" by the staff style designer. 
But they are not, even in the Finale default document.)
