does a function in the PDK exist to perform a "Flip" with an auto slur 
smartshape ?

And slightly related:
The naming convention for slur shape types is currently not ideal,
as it doesn't match the shape type check functions IsUnderSlur() and 
IsOverSlur():
SMARTSHAPE_SLURDOWN  should better be named SMARTSHAPE_SLURUNDER
SMARTSHAPE_SLURUP should better be SMARTSHAPE_SLUROVER
Some other shape types constants use the same naming convention, but 
they don't have check functions.
