[JW Lua] FCClefDef: Getting/setting the character of a clef

Jari,

in FCClefDef it's currently only possible to get/set the ShapeID, but 
not the CharacterID.
As most clefs are probably characters and not shapes, it would be great 
to be able to read/write those values.
Could you please add it ?

Also the third metrics parameter is missing in FCClefDef:
ClefPosition is not implemented
(only BaselineOffset and VerticalAdjust are already in).
