[JW Lua] Augmentation Dot Space Default Values Missing

Jari,

thanks for the hint ! Yes, one could work with a staff *style*
that doesn't show augmentation dots.
(Setting the whole staff to "no dots" doesn't work in this case,
as it's only a few dots that should be invisible).

And I still haven't fully understood the concept of combining
several staff styles on one measure. Sometimes it's possible
to have several staff styles on top of each other, sometimes one
staff style "kills" all previous staff styles that were attached to
a measure.
So I don't know if a staff style that only has the concept of
"not showing dots, but keep all other staff style settings untouched"
is possible at all.

While it's still not possible to create or to detect staff style
definitions in JW Lua, the "shift" dot concept seems to work
easier for me.
