[JW Lua] FCInstrumentDef feature request

Clever way to make the table!   It may be easier to implement, but I am
still very interested in grabbing the data from the SQLite database.  As I
said, if that can be done, and I know it can, I just don't know the hooks as
of yet, many interesting things will open up.

No, that was just 5 minutes of "cleaning with regular expressions" with the
documentation html file in a text editor. That's why I thought that this
idea is much quicker implemented than doing an SQLite access.

I wouldn't worry about memory. 30kb is less than 1% of what the JW Lua main
plug-in needs and it doesn't use any significant CPU power or relevant
memory.
I would put it in an external .lua file and use "require" in your main file
if you need it in your plug-in.

Have you seen Jari's implementation in v0.39 ? Maybe he added the same with
FCInstrumentDef:CreateNameString() - I haven't tested it yet.
