I'm implementing this right now. The metatool data is undocumented in 
the PDK, but it's pretty straightforward. (The biggest challenge here is 
to design the class so it becomes efficient to use for script programmers.)

I might perhaps release the metatool support gradually during multiple 
beta builds. Do you have any specific Finale tools where it's more 
important than others?
