[JW Lua] FCCustomSmartLineDef: Some Getter Functions Missing

Jari,

in FCCustomSmartLineDef the Getter-functions for the "Line Adjustments" 
parameter block from the Smart Line Designer dialog are missing in the 
framework. In JW Lua both Set and Get methods are missing.
I need the "Start Horizontal" value (i.e Get/SetAfterStartTextOffset), 
as it (often) needs to be updated when the Text->Left 
Start->Position->Horizontal value has changed - for example when the 
complete smartshape is to be moved to the right/left.
