[JW Lua] metatools and MNALIGN

Sounds cool! I'm not exactly sure what that means but generally, here are
my intended uses.

1. I'm designing a simple script that you just type in an expression in a
dialog, hit enter, and it's automatically assigned to "a" for example.

2. A script that changes the default metakeys for many dynamics and
articulations to another default.

Always a bit confused because MM calls them *metatools *but they're
really *hotkeys
*that are tool-specific
