[JW Lua] JW Lua Beta v0.32

My problem was that I put in beta 0.31.  Just leave off the beta and it

That should already work. In the Plug-in Def dialog box, enter the JW Lua
version number (such as "0.32" without the quotes) in the "Min. JW Lua
Version".

Minimum Finale version is set with "Min. Finale Version".
