[JW Lua] vertical adjustment for TimeSigs in Parts

I saw Jan had pointed this out before here (

there seems to be no top/bottom vertical adjustment for Time Sigs in Parts
as there is in score in FCDistancePrefs (Properties TimeSigTopVertical and
TimeSIgBottomVertical are score only).

Has this been implemented yet?

Thanks Jari so much for your work.  I can't stop JW Lua coding.  12 scripts
and counting...!
