[JW Lua] Setting Printer Page-format

Bart,

I'm seeking for a way to do this as well. The Finale PDK doesn't provide 
a way to access the Finale-connected printer hardware device settings. I 
haven't yet looked into the matter enough to know if a plug-in can 
access it through the OS or not.
