[JW Lua] JW Lua beta 0.43 available

Hello All!

JW Lua beta 0.43 is now available for download. I'll post full release 
notes tomorrow, but here are probably the most important ones:

* 5.2.3 Lua again, so no more integer vs. floating point errors

* User dialogs can be created. FCCustomWindow and FCCustomLuaWindow 
classes are used for that. Read the documentation details for both 
classes carefully. Use the "Create" methods to add controls to the 
dialog box. Use the ExecuteModal() method to show the dialog box.

* The FCLuaIterator class was added, which pretty much replaces the 
for...do loops. It's a much more efficient approach for processing 
existing Finale data. The documentation contains a few examples on how 
to use it.
