Jari,

I had a short conversation with MM support regarding the 128 slots limit 
in the stem connections table.

This is their reply:
"I have confirmed that there are *over 1000+ supported slots* for the 
Stem Connections dialog box. This has recently been changed to gain 
better compatibility with SMuFL fonts. I will definitely let our 
documentation team know about this error so that it can be fixed in the 
future."
