[JW Lua] lua plugin question

Still no luck in finding a way to do this...

By the way, I have this problem and another one which is giving me headaches since a log time.

I would pay anybody able to develop the 2 scripts I need. The above mentioned and this one :

I need to transform onset values with durations :


into this :


The first line is generated from another software and I need the legato to have the right transcription in finale.
But then, I need the notes to be really staccato.

I would be very grateful for any help.
If you could orient me towards a lua developer that could do this. Again, this would be a paid job.
