[JW Lua] TipWidth property missing in FCTiePrefs

Jari,

in FCTiePrefs the property TipWidth from the Document Options-> 
Ties->Tie Contour dialog is missing.
And I think also the three values Short, Medium, Long from the "Span" 
box in the same dialog are not available yet.
