[JW Lua] Bug: Edit Plug-in Definition dialog needs proper escaping

Thanks for the report.

I've changed this for the upcoming beta. The Plug-in Def dialog box 
should now handle the 3 characters ' " \ correctly as escaped sequences, 
when required.
