The property "ManualPosition" (FCNoteEntry) does not have the same behavior
with PositioningNotesMode (FCMeasure) = finale.POSITIONING_TIMESIG or 
PositioningNotesMode = finale.POSITIONING_MANUALLY.

I noticed that with POSITIONING_MANUALLY, value 600 corresponds to the 
whole measure.
(and scalings do not affect)

Is it right ? Do you have information on this ?
