[JW Lua] Defaults for multi-measure rest creation

Jan,

FCTupletPrefs has "ChangeTuplet" and "CopyFromTuplet" methods. I'll 
implement the same approach in the FCMultiMeasureRestPrefs prefs class.

I'll see if I can do something in the data object classes as well.
