[JW Lua] Vertical scrollbar for long popup lists in FCCtrlPopup

Jari,

two suggestions for the FCCtrlPopup element:
1.) How about a vertical scrollbar that automatically appears when there 
are more elements selectable than currently visible ? I think currently 
30 items are shown, the others can only be reached by pressing the arrow 
keys on the keyboard.

2.) In order to avoid huge lists with 30 items as above, it would be 
nice to be able to reduce the number of visible elements (for example to 
10 or 20 items), something like FCCtrlPopup:SetVisibleElements(20)

Attached is an example screenshot for a popup with 11 elements and a 
vertical scrollbar.
