[JW Lua] FCAccidentalMod not available when only horizontal pos has changed

Jari,

when I have an accidental that uses the default character and the 
default font, but a manuall adjusted horizontal position (see screenshot 
for the accidental dialog settings), I can't get an FCAccidentalMod for 
that accidental.
It seems that FCAccidentalMod is only available if either the character 
or the font of the accidental has changed, but not if only positional 
changes exist.
