[JW Lua] Reopening a changed file doesn't work

Jari,

when I have a file open in the JW Lua Development tab, then change it in 
a text editor outside JW Lua and then select "Open" again to load the 
changed version into JW Lua (while the previous version is still open in 
JW Lua), it doesn't load the changed version, but keeps the version from 
before.
It's a bit like the problem described in the mail from the 17th of 
December. But now it occurs without closing the JW Lua window. And it's 
a bit more irritating as it looks as though it would load the new file, 
but it doesn't.

The workaround is the same: first select "Close..." and then "Open..."

Maybe JW Lua could ask at least if I want to keep the old version or 
that it has detected a change.
