[JW Lua] Common Dialogs

Jan/Charles,

I've been working on implementing a font selection dialog. It's very
straightforward in Windows, but OSX uses a very different approach to
fonts (the font selection is application shared and it's a modeless
panel). I've forced the font panel to be modal on the Mac as well, but
it looks a bit odd and I don't know if there might be any conflicts with
Finale's font handling.

Perhaps I'll write a modal font selection dialog for the OSX version of
JW Lua.

Best regards,

Jari Williamsson
