[JW Lua] Question about automatic staff setup values

Hello All!

I've implemented methods (for FCStaff and FCStaffStyleDef) that reflects 
Finale's default popup for the Staff Setup dialog values, which fills 
the necessary values automatically for some standard staves:
* MakeStandard5LineStaff
* Make1LineFullBarlineStaff
* Make1LineShortBarlineStaff
* Make0LineFullBarlineStaff

Are there any more visual styles I should add at the same time that 
would be generally useful? Such 0-line staff with short barlines?
