[JW Lua] Compound time signature support

could you please add the FCCompositeTimeSigTop/FCCompositeTimeSigBottom 
to your to-do list ?

I have a plugin that resets the rests according to the time sig 
including odd time signatures. But unfortunately it doesn't work yet 
with compound time sigs as they can't be read from within JW Lua.
