[JW Lua] NoteheadMods won't display

We've had a discussion on FCMusicCharacterPrefs:SetSymbolLongaRest() 
sometime ago on this list (on the 5th April 2015).
It seems that the longa rest character can ONLY be changed through JW 
Lua. Finale doesn't have a dialog for it.
That's why you probably never noticed the possibility.
