Pat,

there is (was ?) a script on Jari's homepage or posted on this listed 
called "listconstants.lua" which ... of course, lists all available 
constants. Some of your constants are already available:

finale.NOTE_128TH = 32
finale.NOTE_16TH = 256
finale.NOTE_32ND = 128
finale.NOTE_64TH = 64
finale.NOTE_8TH = 512
finale.NOTE_HALF = 2048
finale.NOTE_QUARTER = 1024
finale.NOTE_WHOLE = 4096
finale.BREVE = 8192
