[JW Lua] Working with "duplicate" smartshape measure marks

Jari and others,

is it possible to load the second entry of a "duplicate" smartshape 
measure mark via FCSmartShape:Load() or something similar ?
Or is it only possible to get them through FCSmartShapeMeasureMark ?
As all duplicate entries share the same smartshape item number, but have 
different FCSmartShapeMeasureMark measure entries I wondered how to 
differentiate them within FCSmartShape. It seems to be not possible.
