Jari,

I haven't found a flag for getting/setting the "Maintain Staff 
Positions" / "Maintain MIDI Pitches" value from the preferences.
This setting affects FCMusicRegion:CopyMusic/PasteMusic when copying 
between a percussion and a non-percussion staff: either the MIDI pitches 
OR the staff positions will be copied correctly, so it's good to know in 
advance what will happen.
