[JW Lua] FCTextExpressionDef:GetCategoryID returns FCCategoryDef.ItemNo and not FCCategoryDef.ID

Jari,

I noticed that FCTextExpressionDef:GetCategoryID returns 
FCCategoryDef.ItemNo (and not FCCategoryDef.ID).
This is correct as FCCategoryDef.ItemNo also includes user-defined 
categories, while FCCategoryDef.ID only goes from 1 to 7 (7 is used for 
all (!) user-defined categories), but the function name is a bit unclear.
Maybe you could add one sentence to the online documentation about the 
difference.
