[JW Lua] Inserting a new staff instead of appending

Jari,

is it possible to do a "insert a new staff at a certain position (i.e. 
another staff)" instead of appending the new staff at the end of all 
staves ?
As there is currently only a finale.FCStaves.Append(), but not an insert 
method, is there a way to move the appended new staff upwards so that it 
looks as if it was inserted after another staff ?
