[JW Lua] finenv.Region() vs finale.FCMusicRegion

finenv.Region() is the region that was selected in Finale.

finale.FCMusicRegion is a class and can be any region, or with 
FCMusicRegion:SetCurrentSelection the selected region from Finale.
