[JW Lua] Running 64 bit JW Lua

Things are weirder and weirderer. JWLua comes up on Win 10 but only when I
open a file with File->Open. If I open a file by selecting one from the
previously opened file list I get the afore-mentioned error message. Win 7
still doesn't work. Finale system preferences are identical on both
computers. All files are in identical locations.

Still exploring.
