[JW Lua] Running 64 bit JW Lua

I installed Finale 25 on my Windows 10 machine and get the same error
message.  Win 25 finds the jwlua64.fxt file. Otherwise jwlua wouldn't show
up in the Finale Plugins menu. But it can't find the SciLexer.dll that is in
the same folder.

Is it something I ate? Am I having a bad dream?
